Working Hours
Employees can work 8 hours a day, up to 48 hours a week.
Women must give consent to work between 10pm and 6am.

Employees with at least one year of service are entitled to two annual festival bonuses. This is equivalent to 60% of the gross monthly salary. Employees who have worked for less than one year will receive the two festival bonuses on a prorated basis.
