Mauve Group is proud to announce that co-founder and CEO Ann Ellis is a finalist for the 2025 Culture Pioneer Awards in the 'Leadership: Business Leader' category.

This recognition is a testament to Ann’s dedication and her impactful work nurturing a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performance culture at Mauve. Being named a finalist in the Culture Pioneer Awards places her among an impressive cohort of individuals across the spectrum of industry, who are driving meaningful change in workplace culture.

About the Culture Pioneer Awards

The Culture Pioneer Awards celebrates individuals and companies which are forward-thinking in their approach to culture, placing people at the heart of innovation and growth. Finalists are chosen for their ability to inspire, influence, and transform organisational culture in measurable ways.

A legacy of people-first leadership

Since co-founding Mauve Group nearly three decades ago, Ann has led the organisation through significant global expansion, now supporting clients with HR, Employer of Record (EOR), payroll, and business consultancy services across more than 150 countries. This shortlisting reflects her continued dedication to embedding collaboration, integrity, and purpose into Mauve’s culture.

Since 1996, Ann has championed flexible working and implemented policies to create an inclusive organisation where everyone, but especially women, can progress through the ranks of their careers into senior manager and leadership roles.

Annette Ord, Commercial Director at Mauve Group, said:

We are incredibly proud of Ann for being shortlisted as a Culture Pioneer finalist. Her passion and vision for building a people-first, high-performance culture continue to inspire everyone at Mauve, as they have done me during the 24 years I have been with the company.

The values she embedded in the company’s foundations are reflected not only in how we work together internally, but also in the way we deliver HR services to our clients around the world.

Next steps

The winners of each award will be revealed at the Culture Pioneers Leadership Forum 2025 on 16th October in London. It is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of leaders, HR professionals, and culture advocates from across the UK.
