The main purpose of your role
As a Global EOR Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the activities of the Payroll Department. You will coordinate all monthly payroll activities within your own allocated countries, liaising with our clients and local payroll providers/accountants, ensuring a timely and accurate processing of wages.
You will provide Sales and Business Development Teams with accurate payroll simulations based on Client requirements and provide support with follow up queries. Attention to detail is a must.
What will you be doing as the Global EOR Payroll Specialist?
- Ensuring monthly payrolls across allocated countries are processed accurately, efficiently, and within required deadlines.
- Monitoring and implementing payroll changes provided by clients to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Managing new starter payroll registrations in line with local requirements and signed employment contracts.
- Processing leavers and ensuring accurate final payments within the relevant payroll cycle.
- Reviewing and approving monthly payroll reports and invoices from local partners and representatives.
- Producing payroll reports in line with employee pay dates and business deadlines.
- Providing finance teams with monthly invoicing figures and payroll-related information.
- Responding to payroll queries from employees and clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Producing accurate payroll cost simulations for Sales and Business Development teams and resolving related queries.
- Creating and designing mathematical formulas and payroll-related calculations.
- Supporting the Payroll Supervisor with reviewing and redesigning payroll processes and undertaking project work as required.
- Leading regular reviews of local legislation to ensure payroll compliance across all countries and communicating relevant updates to clients.
- Checking payroll work completed by colleagues and Payroll Assistants to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervising Payroll Assistants and supporting team development when required.
- Collaborating with payroll colleagues to minimise errors and improve operational efficiency.
- Participating in client meetings to discuss payroll solutions, resolve payroll-related issues, etc.
- Communicating legislative changes to internal teams and ensuring relevant notifications and reports are updated appropriately.

Qualifications
Essential
- University degree in related subject or relevant qualification.
- Professional qualification or training in international payroll.
Knowledge & experience
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience of working within a busy payroll position.
- Knowledge of international business terminologies and application.
- Experience of business administration.
- Handling sensitive and confidential data.
Desirable
- Experience of working with global payrolls.
