Meet the Team

As one of Mauve’s founders, Ann was the first and only “back-office” employee in the early days, providing services and support to telecoms projects. Today, Ann’s role as CEO is just as energetic and she is profoundly involved in the business at every level. Ann is multi-lingual and enjoys experiencing new cultures as she travels the world expanding the organisation’s infrastructure.

Educated in the UK, John has over 40 years of experience in business, including 28 years as an entrepreneur and Director of Mauve Group. John’s past roles include placements with the Ministry of Defence and several management positions with global companies. He has a forward-thinking mentality and sees the adoption of new solutions as a way for his company to become a leader in the Business Consultancy industry.

Based in London, Jonathan manages the technology and systems infrastructure for the organisation, ensuring the ICT software and programs that underpin the business are fit-for-purpose and functioning effectively. Jonathan evaluates Mauve’s systems operational requirements, researches new software and hardware and formulates organisational policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning.

Lisa is multi-lingual and based in Padova, Italy. With over 23 years service at Mauve, Lisa progressed to the role of Operations Director. She collaborates with the MD, executive team and department heads to streamline operational efficiency. Lisa’s profound interpersonal and management skills increase productivity within all departments, helping to position Mauve as a market-leader.

One of Mauve’s longest-serving employees, Annette’s role as Account Manager afforded her more than 15 years of expert knowledge in global employment solutions. In 2017 Annette was promoted to Global Sales Manager, and is now responsible for a global team of highly successful sales professionals. Annette designs and implements sales strategy to ensure the continued success of the sales team and achievement of organisational goals.

Based in Scotland in the UK, Louise is an experienced global sales person with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. A consulting professional skilled in negotiation, budgeting, HR consulting, accounting, and team building, she has been a valued member of Mauve Group since joining as a Global Account Manager in 2006.

Having lived and worked around the world, Caroline relishes the diverse workload and interaction with global clients as a Global Account Manager with Mauve. With a career history including Corporate Account Manager and Corporate Sales Manager roles for BT, Caroline is very proficient in building trusted client relationships as well as sourcing new account opportunities.

Based in Cyprus, Grace began with Mauve as an Administrative Assistant in 2020, and quickly rose to International Account Manager, bringing her extensive customer service, marketing, and problem-solving skills to Mauve Group.

Ashleigh holds a degree in Business Management and has a Masters from Hult International Business School. She honed her business development skills in the software and communications industries in San Francisco and London, before joining Mauve's sales team 5 years ago. She is now located in Auckland, New Zealand, where she is an APAC Global Account Manager.

Rebecca joined Mauve Group two years ago, fresh from a career in the travel industry. Her passion for globetrotting and her international knowledge, coupled with her experience in account management, customer relations management, and consulting, mean that Rebecca excels as a Global Account Manager, bringing our Employer of Record Solution to countries around the world.

Karen joined Mauve as an Account Manager for the Americas in 2022. Her management and communications skills were honed during her 16 years as Retail Manager with Tui and are the key to making new clients into regular ones. She loves building relationships with new and current clients and working alongside her amazing team.

Abi holds a Masters’ degree in Psychology. She joined Mauve in 2019 as Global Account Manager – responsible for managing and developing key client relationships across a diverse range of industries, acting as a central point of contact for clients. She creates bespoke global solutions that respond dynamically to client needs and facilitate their international projects – such as Employer of Record, company set-up, global immigration, and payroll.

Tamalyn joined Mauve in 2016 as a Channel Partner Executive and is now our Global Business Development Manager. With a background in education and business support, Tamalyn, who is based in York, UK, brings a wide range of skills to this dynamic role.

With over ten years experience in Market Research and HR at prestigious Dublin-based organisations, Teresa is now responsible for developing Mauve’s business in Ireland and supporting operational management when local intervention is required. Her day-to-day role involves prospecting and lead follow-up, assisting local clients on-the-ground and sourcing new expert partners.

Elen supports Welsh businesses to expand their products and services internationally with Mauve Group, and also promotes Wales as an attractive destination for external investment. Elen is passionate about Wales and the Welsh language.

Partly based in Bogota, Colombia, Diana is responsible for strengthening Mauve’s market position and achieving financial growth in the LATAM region through sourcing prospective business, identifying local opportunities and building professional relationships. Diana is fluent in Spanish and English and frequently travels around LATAM to industry-relevant events and meetings.

A Business Development Executive, John is a recognised communicator who looks for solutions and sees every challenge as an opportunity to grow his knowledge. As a people person, John, who is based in Cyprus, brings skills in management, strategy, sales and research to Mauve Group.

Helen is a dedicated member of the Mauve Business Development Team with almost 20 years of service as of January 2024. Helen’s role involves liaising with new prospects and key clients including HR professionals, recruitment firms and global ops teams, and then developing an appropriate solution to suit their needs. Based in the UK, Helen is particularly skilled in customer service and account management.
