The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Research and Solutions, you will be responsible for the research and development of the global solutions we offer to our clients. You will oversee and implement the end-to-end process of establishing a new country solution, in line with departmental procedures. Your actions will help to expand upon our market-leading global country coverage, in line with current and future demand.

With excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and research skills, you will develop strong relationships with in-country partners, source new suppliers and agree favourable terms with them to boost the commerciality, efficiency and value of our service offering. You will carry out ongoing quality controls, and identify ways to optimise the productivity of existing solutions. You will update and manage solution and supplier information on internal systems to enable a smooth sales process. You will also have the opportunity to travel to visit our overseas partner and supplier network, strengthening our in-country relationships.

Your duties in this role will include:

  • Organisation and management of the research and collation of data required to produce an international solution.
  • Liaison and negotiation with in-country partners to obtain cost-effective and efficient contracted services in order to facilitate new solutions.
  • Overseeing and implementing the process of establishing a new country solution, in accordance with departmental processes set out by the Head of Research and Solutions.
  • Management and organisation of the process of producing basic information fact sheets for internal staff.
  • Auditing, checking and quality control of all fact sheets in conjunction with relevant internal departments, e.g. Compliance.
  • Overseeing the presentation and communication of new solution information for internal staff.
  • Utilisation of internal databases and programmes such as Salesforce and Sharepoint to record and monitor partner and solution information. Management and maintenance of a database of contacts for source information.
  • Managing the production of external information documents about the solutions and country locations, alongside the Marketing department and other relevant departments.
  • Ongoing review and management of existing solutions; carrying out necessary updates and tracking changes for efficiency purposes. Management of solution versions, issuing dates and distribution.
  • Building rapport with in-country solution partners, including ongoing liaison and negotiation to optimise pricing and the efficiency of the solution.
  • Overseeing updates to existing solution information and documentation on an internal and external basis, e.g. reports, fact sheets, marketing information etc.
  • Managing the communication of solution updates to internal staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate and country-specific regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Ongoing liaison with the Head of Research and Solutions, including discussion of resources, priorities, workloads and challenges in order to improve departmental processes and efficiency.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Education to a minimum of degree level; or comparable training/work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience, ideally in a global business solutions research related role.
  • Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office 365.

The following attributes are beneficial for the ideal candidate but not essential:

  • Previous experience in one or all of the following: HR, International Employment Law, Payroll, Global Mobility, Corporate Immigration.
  • Additional language(s).
  • Ability to work remotely, if necessary, including overseas travel.
