Join our growing immigration team

Are you a competent administrator with a background in HR or Immigration looking for a new challenge?

This is an exciting newly created position for a motivated and diligent administrator to join our friendly and growing Global Expansion and Immigration department.

The Immigration Assistant supports the Global Business Expansion and Immigration Manager undertaking administrative and basic research tasks required, under the close supervision of the GBE & Immigration Manager.

Mauve Group’s head offices are based in London, York, Dubai and Paphos, Cyprus; however hybrid or remote options will be considered.

Your duties in this role will include:

Immigration Tasks

  • First point of contact for on-going immigration support as and when required
  • Research and help source potential Immigration partners
  • Update and maintain internal and external immigration related reports
  • Support new employees with immigration information, and applications
  • Maintain accurate immigration status records, using company platforms
  • Assists with the visa process and liaise with migration agents for visa application processing
  • Liaises with employees, partners, clients and candidates to collect all necessary migration documents for entry permits and ensures that they understand the relocation procedure
  • Informs employees regarding visa expiration dates and work closely with them to renew their visa

General Administrative Tasks

  • Respond to incoming emails and calls
  • Record employee documents on the company’s SAGE system
  • Perform ad hoc functions as may be required and directed by the GBE & Immigration Manager

You must be able to demonstrate that you possess:

  • Overall good general education – degree or relevant qualification in immigration related subject desirable but not essential
  • Minimum two years of work experience in an HR or Immigration administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic immigration guidelines and resources
  • Advanced communication and writing skills
  • Fluent in English – both verbal and written
  • Experience of working within a team
  • Strong organisational skills

Nice to haves:

  • Experience of B2B business
