Ann Ellis
Co-Founder & CEO
As one of Mauve’s founders, Ann was the first and only “back-office” employee in the early days, providing services and support to telecoms projects.
Today, Ann’s role as CEO is just as energetic and she is profoundly involved in the business at every level. Ann is multi-lingual and enjoys experiencing new cultures as she travels the world expanding the organisation’s infrastructure.

John Ellis
Co-Founder & CFO
Educated in the UK, John has over 40 years of experience in business, including 28 years as an entrepreneur and Director of Mauve Group. John’s past roles include placements with the Ministry of Defence and several management positions with global companies.
He has a forward-thinking mentality and sees the adoption of new solutions as a way for his company to become a leader in the Business Consultancy industry.

Jonathan Ellis
Systems Operations Manager
Based in London, Jonathan manages the technology and systems infrastructure for the organisation, ensuring the ICT software and programs that underpin the business are fit-for-purpose and functioning effectively.
Jonathan evaluates Mauve’s systems operational requirements, researches new software and hardware and formulates organisational policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning.

Lisa Solda
Chief Operating Officer
Lisa is multi-lingual and based in Padova, Italy. With Mauve since 2000, Lisa now holds the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, she ensures operational efficiency throughout Mauve Group.
Lisa’s profound interpersonal and management skills increase productivity within all departments, helping to position Mauve as a market-leader.

Commercial Director
One of Mauve’s longest-serving employees, Commercial Director Annette Ord is responsible for steering the commercial dimensions of the business, overseeing a global team encompassing sales, marketing, PR, and client services.
Annette’s previous roles at Mauve include Global Sales Manager and Account Manager. Today, Annette designs and implements commercial strategy to ensure the continued success of Mauve Group and the achievement of organisational goals.

Joanna Hart
Products, Services & Innovation Director
Product, Services and Innovation Director Joanna Hart has been with Mauve for 22 years. Previously head of Mauve’s Research and Solutions department, Joanna now unites departments across the business, developing ancillary offerings, streamlining delivery processes and mapping the organisation’s products to match the evolving world of work.
Joanna continues to leverage her extensive knowledge in global mobility to reinforce Mauve Group’s position as an industry trailblazer.

Lorna Ferrie
Compliance and Legal Director
With Mauve since 2007, Legal and Compliance Director Lorna Ferrie is responsible for leading these departments at Mauve Group and managing the tax compliance of the Group and its international employees.
Previously Global Compliance and HR Manager, today, Lorna manages governance frameworks, spearheads compliance initiatives, oversees policy development, and fosters a culture of integrity and accountability across the Group.

Chris Williams
People and Culture Director
Based in Wales, U.K., Global People and Culture Director Chris is an accomplished Chief People Officer, Global HR Director, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of People and Development. Chris Joined Mauve in 2023, having previously been at the ODI as its Chief People Officer for over 10 years.
He has both operational and strategic HR experience in a Global context and enjoys the challenges this brings at Mauve in terms providing global workforce solutions and HR consultancy services.
Chris enjoys travelling, dining, theatre, watching most sport and walking his dog in the Welsh countryside, is passionate about history, and recently became a convert to attending music festivals.

An experienced business leader, Joseph’s management experience began in 2008. Since then, he has been leading international B2B teams within start-ups and established multinationals.
Based in Ireland, Joseph is responsible for leading Mauve Group's global sales strategy and inbound, outbound, partnership, and client management teams worldwide.

Global Business Development Lead
Based in Leeds, England, Tom has been with Mauve Group since 2021. With a background in business development and consultancy, Tom originally held the role of a Global Business Development Executive before being promoted to Global Business Development Lead.
Today, Tom oversees our high-performing team of sales consultants across three continents, uniting diverse markets under a shared vision of growth and innovation.

Global Business Development Lead
With over ten years experience in Market Research and HR at prestigious Dublin-based organisations, Teresa is now responsible for developing Mauve’s business globally and supporting operational management in Ireland when local intervention is required.
Her day-to-day role involves prospecting and lead follow-up, assisting local clients on-the-ground and sourcing new expert partners.

As a people person, John, who is based in Cyprus, brings skills in management, strategy, sales and research to Mauve Group.

Since 2022, Britt has a Business Development Executive at Mauve Group, as well as Goal Coaching & Systems Thinker at Generation Thrive. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, Britt is a passionate people person, with extensive experience in the leadership development and coaching space.

Elen supports Welsh businesses to expand their products and services internationally with Mauve Group, and also promotes Wales as an attractive destination for external investment.
Elen is passionate about Wales and the Welsh language.

Regional Business Development
Based in Bogota, Colombia, Jaime joined Mauve in 2022 and is proud to oversee the LATAM region. Jaime’s time as an international negotiator, in Europe, the U.K. and Latin America has made him an empathetic, flexible, and results-oriented individual.
Today he has a broad understanding of different cultures and enjoys how his role with Mauve means working all over the world at once, and that no two days are the same.

Having lived and worked around the world, Caroline relishes the diverse workload and interaction with global clients as a Client Manager with Mauve.
With a career history including Corporate Account Manager and Corporate Sales Manager roles for BT, Caroline is proficient in building trusted client relationships as well as sourcing new account opportunities.

Client Manager
Based in Cyprus, Grace began with Mauve as an Administrative Assistant in 2020, and quickly rose to Client Manager, bringing her extensive customer service, marketing, and problem-solving skills to Mauve Group.

Ashleigh Duncan
Global Account Manager - APAC
Ashleigh holds a degree in Business Management and has a Masters from Hult International Business School. She honed her business development skills in the software and communications industries in San Francisco and London, before joining Mauve's sales team in 2017.
She is now located in Melbourne, Australia, where she is an APAC Global Account Manager.

Abi Streeton
Global Client Partner
Abi Streeton holds a master’s degree in psychology. In 2019, Abi joined Mauve as Global Account Manager, responsible for managing and developing key client relationships across a diverse range of industries, acting as the client’s central point of contact, creating bespoke global solutions such as Employer of Record, company set-up, global immigration and payroll.
In 2025, Abi took on a new role as Global Client Partner, furthering her commitment to providing state of the art global guidance to Mauve’s valued clients.

Client Manager - Americas
Karen joined Mauve as a Client Manager in 2022. Her management and communications skills were honed during her 16 years as Retail Manager with Tui and are key to making new clients into regular ones.
She loves building relationships with new and current clients and working alongside her amazing team.

Helen Herrington
Client Manager
Helen has been a dedicated member of the Client Management Team since 2004. Helen’s role involves liaising with new prospects and key clients including HR professionals, recruitment firms and global ops teams, and then developing an appropriate solution to suit their needs.
Based in the UK, Helen is particularly skilled in customer service and account management.
