- UK: £30,816 - £34,201 per annum (Grade 4).
- Cyprus: €26,361 - €29,695 per annum (grade 4).

- Hungary: 9,900,102 HUF - 10,987,584 HUF per annum (grade 4).
- Kenya: 2,923,258 KES - 3,244,363 KES per annum (grade 4).
- Italy: €23,144 - €25,686 per annum (grade 4).
- UAE: 154,921 AED - 171,938 AED per annum (grade 4).
- South Africa: ZAR 404,454 - ZAR 448,881 per annum (grade 4).

The main purpose of your role
The Business Development and Sales Executive will be responsible for winning new business through a combination of proactive outbound sales activity (80%) and effective conversion of inbound leads (20%).
This is a 360 new client acquisition role focused on identifying, engaging, qualifying, and converting prospective clients globally. Success is measured by new client acquisition, win rate, and revenue generation.
The role requires high-velocity outbound prospecting, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to convert marketing-generated and organic inbound enquiries into long-term clients.
Due to the global nature of the role, flexibility to work across time zones may be required.
What will you be doing as the Business Development and Sales Executive?
- Following defined outbound and inbound sales processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Achieving personal sales targets.
- Researching, identifying, and targeting prospective clients aligned with company strategy.
- Engaging new referral partners to generate leads and revenue.
- Conducting outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn/social media outreach, and other prospecting activities.
- Qualifying opportunities and managing prospects through the full sales cycle.
- Developing and maintaining a robust and healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Responding promptly to inbound enquiries generated through websites, marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
- Qualifying inbound leads and matching solutions to client requirements using a consultative approach.
- Closing sales using the company's three-step sales process.
- Ensuring a smooth handover to Client Management following signed proposals and service agreements.
- Providing structured feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Participating in bids and tenders generated directly or received through inbound channels, as directed by the Global Inbound Sales Lead.
- Representing the company at domestic and international events, trade shows, and online forums to promote products and services, including participating in speaking opportunities.
- Identifying and attending local networking opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key prospects and stakeholders.
- Tracking and reporting on all inbound lead activities and results using Salesforce CRM.
- Ensuring Salesforce accuracy across all deals and utilising reports to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- Collaborating with the Commercial Operations and Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a seamless handover of successfully converted new client business.
- Providing structured feedback to the Marketing team, via the Global Inbound Sales Lead, on customer interactions and brand perception.
- Ensuring individual expense costs are submitted to the Global Inbound Sales Lead for approval and tracking purposes.
- Staying up to date with relevant industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Essential
- Degree-educated.

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Knowledge & experience
Essential
- At least 3 years' experience in global sales.
- Experience working for a global organisation.
- Demonstrable experience in B2B new business sales.
- Experience generating new business through outbound sales tactics.
- Experience converting inbound leads into closed business.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Sage People.
- At least 3 years' demonstrable experience of working in a sales environment or allied service such as business development, client services, or products.
Desirable
- At least 3 years' experience in the Global Mobility or EOR sector/industry.
- Experience working with partnerships/referrals.
