  • South Africa : 314,011 ZAR - 328,356 ZAR per annum (grade 3).
  • Kenya : 2,269,574 KES – 2,373,245 KES per annum (grade 3).

The main purpose of your role

As a Knowledge Centre Solutions Assistant, you’ll support the team by conducting basic research, managing the storage and retrieval of Employer of Record (EOR) country data, assisting with enquiries or routing them to the appropriate team members, maintaining internal systems with up-to-date solutions and provider information, and handling general administrative tasks.

What will you be doing as the Knowledge Centre Solutions Assistant?

  • Supporting research and data collation to enable engagement with prospective Employer of Record (EOR) and Value-added Service (VAS) providers and the development of solutions.
  • Researching, validating, and documenting information for establishing new or updating existing EOR and VAS solutions in line with departmental processes set out by the Knowledge Centre (KC) Team Lead.
  • Supporting liaison with local and international providers to secure cost-effective, efficient services for new solutions.
  • Auditing, checking, and quality-controlling EOR factsheets and breakdown of cost (BOC) documents in collaboration with internal teams (e.g. payroll, contracts, compliance).
  • Liaising and negotiating with providers (e.g. legal, tax, compliance) to support service procurement.
  • Maintaining accurate, consistent records of internal software systems to track EOR and complementary VAS services and manage internal database of provider companies and contacts.
  • Verifying and inputting new solution data into the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) in line with established guidelines.
  • Supporting relationship management with providers, including assisting with regular audits to ensure relevance, compliance, and competitive pricing.
  • Communicating new and updated solution information to internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Tracking and managing updates, version control, and distribution of solution information.
  • Reviewing and maintaining data integrity within SSOT on an ongoing basis.
  • Researching competitor activity to support market awareness and insight.
  • Reporting on progress, priorities, and challenges, and contributing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Providing administrative and project support across additional data and solution requirements, as needed.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Educated to degree level, or have comparable training/work experience (minimum of 6 years, ideally in a corporate enterprise).

Desirable

  • Business Administration qualification.

Knowledge and experience

Essential

  • At least 3 years' experience in an administrative position within a consultancy or services organisation.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with any or all of the following: Business expansion, international employment law, payroll, HR, Employer of Record (EOR), corporate immigration.
  • Additional foreign language(s).
