UK: £30,816 - £34,201 per annum.
Cyprus: €26,361 to €29,695 per annum.

The main purpose of your role
The Business Development and Sales Executive will be responsible for winning new business through a combination of proactive outbound sales activity (80%) and effective conversion of inbound leads (20%).
This is a 360 new client acquisition role focused on identifying, engaging, qualifying, and converting prospective clients globally. Success is measured by new client acquisition, win rate, and revenue generation.
The role requires high-velocity outbound prospecting, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to convert marketing-generated and organic inbound enquiries into long-term clients.
Due to the global nature of the role, flexibility to work across time zones may be required.
What will you be doing as the Business Development and Sales Executive?
- Following defined inbound and outbound sales processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Taking ownership of achieving a personal sales target.
- Conducting proactive outbound business development through research, prospecting, and targeted outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels).
- Researching, identifying, and targeting new business opportunities aligned with company strategy, including engaging referral partners.
- Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients and progressing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Securing and leading meetings with prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking.
- Responding promptly to and qualifying inbound enquiries from marketing campaigns, events, referrals, and the website using a consultative sales approach.
- Matching solutions to client requirements using a consultative approach.
- Closing sales using the company’s defined sales methodology.
- Ensuring a smooth handover to Client Management following signed proposals/service agreements.
- Participating in bids and tenders generated through outbound activity or inbound channels, as directed by the Global Inbound Sales Lead.
- Ensuring accurate tracking of sales activity, opportunities, results, and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key prospects and stakeholders.
- Representing the company at domestic and international events, trade shows, local networking opportunities, and online forums, including speaking engagements where required.
- Collaborating with the Commercial Operations and Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a smooth handover of signed clients.
- Providing structured feedback to the Marketing team, via the Global Inbound Sales Lead, on lead quality, campaign performance, customer interactions and insights, and brand perception.
- Monitoring market trends and conditions, industry developments, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Managing and reporting individual expenses to the Global Sales Lead for approval and budget tracking processes.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Degree educated or 3 years’ experience in a global sales role.
Desirable:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Knowledge and experience
Essential:
- At least 3 years' experience in global sales.
- Experience working for a global organisation.
- Demonstrable experience in B2B new business sales.
- Experience generating new business through outbound sales tactics.
- Experience converting inbound leads into closed business.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Sage People.
- At least 3 years' demonstrable experience of working in a sales environment or allied service such as business development, client services, or products.
Desirable:
- At least 3 years’ experience in the Global Mobility or EOR sector/industry.
- Experience working with partnerships/referrals.
