We required the support of Mauve Group when employing an individual who resided in Germany. We realised it was not possible to have them on our payroll in South Africa and, so, to remain compliant with local in-country employment regulations, we partnered with Mauve Group.

Working with Mauve Group has been seamless and efficient, from getting the contract organised to the invoicing. One of the best things about working with Mauve Group is the ability to employ local and specialised talent in countries where Triggerfish does not currently have existing entities. It has provided us with peace of mind knowing that our permanent member of staff based in Germany has been employed compliantly within the parameters of local legislation.

Having regular meetings every three months with our Account Manager Rebecca makes a really big difference to why we choose to partner with Mauve Group. Rebecca is efficient, friendly, and helpful and ensures any queries are quickly resolved and rectified.

Due to the nature and structure of our business, employing one member of staff using Mauve’s Employer of Record service meets our requirements for now. When reflecting on how our future relationship may progress, knowing Mauve Group has the knowledge and resources to provide the necessary employment benefits in-country is important to us.
