Sample calculation
A sample calculation is attached as an appendix and is based on the local currency salary amount requested.
Please note:
- A final calculation cannot be confirmed until the employee has been registered on the local payroll.
- Costs may change if there are updates to local legislation, statutory requirements, or government guidelines.
- Payroll is processed in the local currency.
- The monthly margin may vary if additional amounts are invoiced, including (but not limited to) commissions, bonuses, expenses, or discretionary benefits.
- Any accruals included in the calculation will be invoiced monthly and paid to the employee at the appropriate time in accordance with local labour laws and the details set out in the Employment Fact Sheet.
Currency conversions
Any currency conversions shown are based on current exchange rates and are for illustrative purposes only. Actual amounts may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Any accruals or security deposits must be held in the local currency. Where a refund is due, the amount returned will be based on the local currency value held and, when converted back, may differ from the original amount paid.
Discretionary benefits
Unless otherwise stated, premiums for discretionary benefits are charged in full, as quoted (either monthly or annually), and are not pro-rated. If an employee's assignment ends part way through the applicable billing period, these premiums are non-refundable.
