Co-Founder & CEO
As one of Mauve’s founders, Ann was the first and only “back-office” employee in the early days, providing services and support to telecoms projects. Today, Ann’s role as CEO is just as energetic and she is profoundly involved in the business at every level. Ann is multi-lingual and enjoys experiencing new cultures as she travels the world expanding the organisation’s infrastructure.
Head of Marketing
Kerry was the very first member of staff at Mauve – today, she is Head of Marketing, managing an international team from our Paphos office. In the years since Kerry started, her varied role has led her from website development to logistical organisation of our global exhibitions to creative design of digital and print resources, and everything in between. Kerry creatively interprets Mauve’s goals into an achievable marketing strategy across the Group, utilising her great flair for visual aesthetics to produce all of Mauve’s marketing materials.
Global Account Manager
Based in Scotland in the UK, Louise is an experienced global sales person with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. A consulting professional skilled in negotiation, budgeting, HR consulting, accounting, and team building, she has been a valued member of Mauve Group since joining as a Global Account Manager in 2006.
Business Development Executive
A Business Development Executive, John is a recognised communicator who looks for solutions and sees every challenge as an opportunity to grow his knowledge. As a people person, John, who is based in Cyprus, brings skills in management, strategy, sales and research to Mauve Group.
Regional Business Development
Based in Bogota, Colombia, Jaime joined Mauve in 2022 and is proud to oversee the LATAM region. Jaime’s time as an international negotiator, in Europe, the U.K. and Latin America has made him an empathetic, flexible, and results-oriented individual. Today he has a broad understanding of different cultures and enjoys how his role with Mauve means working all over the world at once, and that no two days are the same.
Business Development & In-Country Representative
With over ten years experience in Market Research and HR at prestigious Dublin-based organisations, Teresa is now responsible for developing Mauve’s business in Ireland and supporting operational management when local intervention is required. Her day-to-day role involves prospecting and lead follow-up, assisting local clients on-the-ground and sourcing new expert partners.
