Annual Leave
Minimum of 30 days' paid holiday per year, after six months of service.
Sick Leave
Employees are entitled to 182 days of sick leave per year. The employee is paid, by the employer, according to the following rates:

Parental Leave
Maternity leave:
Female employees are entitled to 98 days of paid maternity leave. The leave can begin, for a period not exceeding, 14 days before childbirth. The maternity leave is paid by the employer, and the Social Protection Fund refunds employer.
Upon resumption to work, the female employees are entitled to 1 hour per day of nursing break for a period of one year from the end of maternity leave.
Paternity leave:
Male employees are entitled to seven (7) days of paid paternity leave, and the leave must be taken within 98 days of the child’s birth. The leave is paid by the employer, and the Social Protection Fund refunds the employer.
Childcare leave:
A female employee can be granted unpaid leave to care for her child for a period not exceeding one (1) year. The leave is taken after childbirth.
