Meet the speakers at our Wales Week London event
As co-sponsors of the 2025 edition, Mauve Cymru and Team Wales are hosting an event at The Loft, The Ivy Club – featuring a panel of celebrated Welsh leaders, sharing their career success stories in sports, culture, and business. On the evening of Tuesday 4 March, you can look forward to hearing from:
- Colin Jackson CBE: Famed for his talent as a 100m hurdler over a career spanning 20 years. Colin claimed numerous victories representing Wales and Great Britain across all major events.
- Ann Ellis, CEO and Co-founder of award-winning global enterprise, Mauve Group, who remains actively involved in the business at every level, travelling the world and expanding the organisation’s infrastructure.
- Helen Philips MBE, President of Commonwealth Games Wales, Regional VP for Europe for The Commonwealth Games Federation, President of British Gymnastics, international squash player, and recipient of an MBE for services to gymnastics.
- Katie Sadleir, Olympic synchronised swimmer, Commonwealth Games medal-holder, and current CEO of The Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF).
