Announcement:
Mauve Now Licensed to Sponsor Skilled Non-EU Workers in UK
Mauve UK Granted Tier 2 ICT License
Mauve Group is incredibly pleased to announce that our UK company Mauve Corporate Systems UK Ltd has been granted a Grade A Tier 2 Intra-Company Transfer License. This will allow us to provide immigration support for eligible non-EU workers coming into the UK.
If you or your worker is employed by a Mauve Group company and is qualified under the stipulations of the visa, we can apply for an Intra-Company Transfer for that worker to allow them to enter and begin working in the UK.
We are also able to apply for a general license for applicable workers who are not currently working for a Mauve company – once we have details of their job role and circumstance and have confirmed eligibility under Home Office requirements.
What is a Tier 2 Visa?
This is a type of working visa for the UK that permits non-EU nationals who have been offered a skilled job in the UK to enter and work. They must have sponsorship from a licensed UK company to do so and have been given a certificate of sponsorship from that company.
The maximum validity of the Tier 2 Visa is 5 years and 14 days, or the time given on the certificate of sponsorship plus one month – whichever is shorter. Applications can be made up to 3 months ahead of the job role start date, and decisions should take a maximum of three weeks.
There are certain eligibility requirements that must be fulfilled to apply for the Tier 2 visa, for example proof of the candidate’s knowledge of English, personal savings, appropriate salary amount and criminal record certificates.
For more information on the Tier 2 visa or to find out if you/your worker is eligible, please get in touch with our Immigration Specialists via the Contact Form. Allocations are limited so get in touch to avoid disappointment.
