As a global organisation, international satellite operator Telestat delivers connectivity solutions around the world.
As part of a new project, Telestat needed to establish payroll operations in Italy. The global pandemic was taking place concurrently, adding complexity to this requirement.

Problems faced
Telestat needed to establish payroll operations in Italy, as part of a new assignment. Additionally, the world was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, which further complicated this assignment.
