2024 is fast-approaching! So, we’re reflecting on what’s been another great year at Mauve – this time, here’s a roundup of our website, social, and PR content successes from the last 12 months.
New website
2023 saw the launch of the new Mauve website, spurring an amazing year-on-year 92.6% increase in user traffic. Exciting features of the new website include:
- The megamenu on the navigation bar for each tab, to help users better navigate to different sections of the site.
- The Country Finder, to help users discover information relating to the 150+ countries in which we offer solutions.
- Our revamped Innovation Hub – a repository for blogs, featuring industry expertise and knowledge; the latest news from both Mauve and the world at large; insightful video and podcast musings on topics shaping the global HR space; industry events that you’ll find Mauve attending, exhibiting, speaking at, hosting, and/or sponsoring – and much more!

This year, ‘The easiest countries to get a work visa’ - an article from the archive - proved to be the most read one, with over 9,300 views. Published in 2021, the blog followed an unprecedented period of time, which saw a rise in remote working amid the return of international travel.

Most viewed video: ‘Mauve Group: Who we are and what we do’
Mauve’s video and podcast content, created by our wonderful Marketing & Events Specialist Demetra Tofarides, forms part of our wider brand and marketing strategy. And as you may know, our very own global expansion serves as the blueprint for our business’ purpose.
This year, one of our videos included a detailed look at how our portfolio of global HR and workforce solutions have helped – and continue to help – businesses and organisations, to navigate their global expansion and mobility roadmaps. It was most popular, with over 220 views.

Most popular social media channel: LinkedIn
2023 highlights from our company LinkedIn page include the reposting of our blog ‘Why is tech booming in India?’. With a focus on the transformative tech landscape in the Asia-Pacific region - most notably India - the post gained 14,000+ impressions.
Meanwhile, mid-November marked the moment we reached our 3,000-follower mark – an organic milestone that complements our organic upwards growth in overall user engagement this year.
And in the same month, we hosted a celebratory evening in Dubai. Titled ‘From Wales to the World: Bridging Borders, Expanding Business’, the event showcased the entrepreneurial spirit of Welsh business leaders who’ve successfully expanded their businesses to the Gulf region and beyond.
An organic campaign on LinkedIn, to help promote the event and encourage ticket registrations, saw a total 3,800+ impressions and 200+ likes – our best performing, short-term, event-related LinkedIn campaign this year!
Most viewed press release: 'Mauve wins "Best EoR Provider" at HRM Asia Awards'
In 2023, Mauve’s PR team has been busier than ever! From the launch of our Welsh company Mauve Cymru, to several brand partnerships, to events we’ve hosted, to five award shortlistings and four wins, there’s been a lot to cover.
Our most viewed press release of the past year was ‘Mauve Group shines with a Bronze accolade for the 'Best Employer of Record Provider' at the HRM Asia Awards’ – with over 188,000 total views and hits. The win highlights our global company’s consistent dedication to delivering excellence to our clients across international markets, and helps further solidify our position as an industry leader in the global HR and global Employer of Record spaces.
You can read the press release in full, and read more in our website article.
Most visited website page: ‘Employer of Record’
Mauve’s 'Employer of Record' page - found under the ‘Services’ tab which underwent a revamp in copy and visuals earlier this year, as part of our website brand refresh project - was the most viewed page on our website with over 37,000 views, just ahead of our homepage.
We’re the pioneers of the Employer of Record (EoR) service, now one of our core global HR and workforce services. Its importance stems from our clients identifying key overseas markets for global business expansion (whether employing local workers or relocating existing staff abroad) – and seeking to ensure compliance is at the forefront of such a move.
Since 2010, we’ve been exhibiting at the renowned SHRM annual conference and expo (and are set to exhibit next year too). The event is attended by industry professionals and HR managers and, as a result, demand for our EoR service soon found a strong foothold in the biggest market: the United States!
